Theories of Career Development

This course examines the theories of vocational development and choice, meanings attached to work and leisure, and uses of occupational and educational information. Approaches for assisting individuals in in exploration and decision-making related to work in the context of lifespan issues. Consideration is given to issues related to equity and diversity as they relate to work life.
